Beowulf’s Story

On the story, Beowulf was like the biggest warrior of all and he was the greatest hero, he was always fighting against monsters or other creatures. He had many adventures and heroic actions; he swam in the sea with Brecca without realizing how dangerous his actions could be.  But what he really wanted to do was to kill Grendel, the dark monster. Grendel was a very powerful monster too; he had also killed many other characters. But what is so special about him is that he has no consideration for anyone and he doesn’t care about anything, the only thing he wants to do is to kill Beowulf. In the middle of the story Beowulf was sleeping on the Herot when Grendel came in, all his jealousy and envy feelings toward Beowulf came rushing back, so he is going to kill him while he is sleeping. But when Grendel is going to grab Beowulf, he woke up and they start fighting. Grendel did the best he could in his attempt to kill Beowulf, but while they were fighting Beowulf tear one of Grendel’s arms and left him wounded, but Grendel wants to keep fighting to show Boewulf who has the most power! Within time Grendel realized there was nothing else he could do so he left because he could not prove Beowulf that he is the better. Beowulf hung Grendel’s arm from the ceiling.
